Order Terms

Goods must be pre-paid before they will be delivered, unless there is a purchase order from an institution (University, School, or College) that has approved credit.

Goods can be pre-paid by Cheque, Money order, Bank cheque, Mastercard, Visa or Bankcard.

Delivery Information

Delivery times are based on the size of the order and our production load. We will make every effort to accommodate your race schedule.

For local delivery allow 2-3 weeks and for international delivery, please allow 4 weeks.

Note that this is only a guide and on occasions the turn around may be faster.

Shipping

For local delivery we use Express Post, Couriers and Parcel Post; for international delivery we use an international courier. If there is no urgency, we can send the order economy air or surface for a cheaper rate.

Plan ahead for best turn around time and reduce cost in shipping.

All shipping and related charges will appear on your invoice.

Discounts

5% discount on all orders over 20 items of the same design. This discount does not include additional charges or shipping costs.

Additional Charges

Adjustments to standard Viper designs

A $5.50 charge (includes GST) will be incurred when adjustments to the standard Viper design is required.

Screen Printing

Costs vary, depending upon the size of the print, and the number of colours used. Average charges are approximately AUD $50.00 per screen, per colour, with printing charges a minimum of AUD $5.00 per colour, per print.

Embroidery

Costs vary, depending upon the size of the design, and the number of stitches needed. Average charges are approximately AUD $90.00 to $120.00 for digitising of the design (this is a one-time cost only), then approximately AUD $6.00 to $8.00 per position per item.

Artwork

We can work with sketches, but anything other than camera-ready art may incur artwork charges of $35 per hour. Clear black and white artwork with detailed colour call-outs, or colour copies of existing logos will ensure accurate reproduction.

Artwork submitted on disc will speed up production.
